- Responsible for customer service in mainland China in various aspects including handling inquiries, complaints and resolving problem.

Requirements:
- Good service attitude and excellent telephone manner
- Strong problem solving skills and able to work independently
- Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- With experience in customer service field, preferably in retail industry
