职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities 1、Lead in new product development, 2、Process development and enforcement 3、Design and implement compliance and quality assurance procedures 4、Coordinate, implement and train quality system with team in Asia 5、Utilize root cause analysis techniques to establish the true cause of quality problems 6、Coordinate requirements of quality system with all suppliers 7、Respond to customer quality concerns through face to face consultation and formal written responses 8、Hands on participation in the resolution of product quality problems with customer, company departments and suppliers 9、Manage Quality Assurance Department staff 10、Manage Quality Assurance Department budget 职责范围: 1、主持新产品研发工作。 2、制定生产工艺。 3、制定产品的质量检验标准和控制手段。 4、制定全员质量控制体系。 5、负责质量事故的分析、控制及时提出解决办法。 6、负责协调解决供应商的质量问题。 7、负责客户对产品质量投诉的应诉。 8、亲自参与和客户、公司部门以及供应商解决产品质量问题的过程。 9、负责管理质检部门员工。 10、负责管理质检部门预算。 Technical 1、Minimum 8 years experience in process and quality assurance field, experiences with product development preferred. 2、Excellent knowledge and experience of QS9000, ISO 9001:2000 requirements, experiences with Lean Manufacturing preferred. 3、Automobile manufacturing experiences, overseas working experiences preferred. 技术要求: 1、5年以上质量管理经验,有产品开发经验者优先。 2、精通QS9000,ISO 9001:2000质量体系,有精益制造经验者优先。英语6级以上。 Others: 1、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 2、Excellent computer skills - especially Excel/Word 3、Excellent organizational and project management skills 4、Must be willing to travel intensively in China and to USA and South East Asia 其他: 1、善于处理人事关系。 2、擅长电脑操作,尤其是Excel表格/Word文档。 3、出色的组织以及管理能力。 4、适应频繁出差与中国,美国和亚洲东南地区。 Language skills:Fluency in both English and Chinese 语言能力:中英文流利
