职位描述/要求：
DAI China
Responsibilities
1、Assists in development of Supply Strategies.
2、Coordinates supply management activities.
3、Ensures support of operations and/or programs in Value Analysis Value Engineering (VA/VE).
4、Provides periodic updates on supplier profiles and capabilities to DAI Commodity Buyers.
5、Lead in contract management.
6、Functions as a liaison between Suppliers and DAI China/USA.
7、Manages capital tooling programs.
8、Participates as a member of the DAI China Team.
9、Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.
职责范围：
1、协助供应策略的谋划。
2、协调供应链管理。
3、能灵活运用价格分析/价格运作理论去指导实践。
4、负责定期维护供应商和DAI客户之间的信息。
5、负责合同的管理。
6、在供应商和DAI中国区以及美国区建立联络关系。
7、项目资产管理。
8、作为DAI中国区团队的一分子参与所有工作。
9、必要时需要履行其他的义务，以此保持业务的正常运作。
Working requirements:
1、BA degree with emphasis in mechanical engineering, business, materials management,or related field. Accreditation from Purchasing,Wood/Furniture related professional group required.
2、10 years of automobile components,electronics purchasing experience.
3、Operations:Possess high degree of knowledge and expertise in area of manufacturing,product/process design, and operations- particularly as supply management and materials relate.
4、Finance/Costing: Understand cost management to maintain quality, cost and timing of programs.
5、Demonstrate strong skills in total quality management practices for the supply chain management.
6、Travel Flexibility: To be able to work in remote locations as part of supply-chain development.
工作要求：
1、具备汽配工程，材料管理以及有关专业本科学历。并有采购，木业/家具等有关组织评审资格。
2、十年以上汽车零件和电器或木业产品采购经验。
3、精通相关的生产工艺，产品设计以及有关供应链的管理。
4、应有产品的质量，成本控制手段，并能进行产品报价。
5、具备质量控制的领导才能。
6、能适应频繁出差的工作环境。
Language Skills:At a minimum, must have command of the English language with the ability to communicate with other areas, as required with Chinese as a native tongue.
