职位描述/要求:
IT Support Technician – Asia Helpdesk Call Center (亚洲呼叫中心内部IT支持技师)
MISSION: Remotely support Asia retailing, production and logistic IT system for existing stores, production offices and warehouses on the basic level. Find the information they need to quickly respond to questions and solve issues. Engage the user in dialog to clarify user problems. Capture new knowledge as a natural part of their resolution process If necessary, escalate the incident to the upper level of support management. Make good usage of the right tools.
PROFILE: Chinese Nationality with good communication skills and fluent spoken English ; Customer oriented and Good resistance to stress; High responsibility, team spirit, Sports lover, regularly practice one sport; With at least one year experience in call center front desk. Background in information technology
