Store Department Manager => Future Store Manager 商场部门经理=> 未来的商场经理
Mission: Be Responsible for One Department of Sports in a Store
-You manage our own company (your department) with full autonomy
-You define your ambitious long-term project
-You build everything to reach this project
-Your team through recruitment, training and management
-Your merchandising to translate your commercial policy
-You manage your stock
-You control and anticipate your economic through Profit and Loss management and action plan if necessary
- You lead your department to develop your business through the long term customers' satisfaction

-通过招聘，培训和管理建立你的团队

Profile:
-University degree in China or/and abroad; fluent in both of Chinese and English
-Sportive, practicing regularly one sport
-Responsible, dynamic, vital, frank, concrete, demanding
-At least 2 years working experience to develop yourself within the project of the company
-Good communication skills , Manager or potential manager

- 大专以上学历，中、英文流利；
- 热爱运动，经常参与体育活动；
- 热情坦诚、脚踏实地、活力、有团队精神及有责任心；
- 2年以上工作经验并能在公司内发展自己的项目管理能力；
- 良好的沟通和表达力、积极上进、具有管理潜质。
