职位描述/要求：
Mission: Be Responsible for One Department of Sports in a Store
- Work directly in a store’s department with your team.
- Hire, train, and manage your sales assistants team.
- Pilot your activities in terms of turnover, margin, expense and profitability.
- Select the range of your products, make annual or seasonal forecast, place orders, and guarantee the availability rate of your products.
- Control the stock and guarantee the budget of the stock rotation.
- With your team, provide professional sales service and technical sport and product advice to customers to achieve the economic target.
- Analyze profit/lost report and launch action plans.
- Guarantee the quality of merchandising of your department.
- Manage your sales assistants team on a daily basis and help them to achieve their professional targets.
- Launch the commercial operations.

Profile:
- Chinese nationality, fluent in English, French will be a plus.
- University degree in China or/and abroad
- Above 2 years of working experience
- Like sports goods.
- Sportive, practicing regularly one sport.
- Responsible, dynamic, vital, frank, concrete, demanding
- Have long-term project to develop yourself within the project of the company.
- Good communication skills.
- Manager or potential manager
