职位描述/要求：

General Summary:
1.Responsible for supplier on-site assessment.
2.coordinate and control supplier performance for forward model, current model production material.
3.Coordinate and monitor supplier APQP process, FTQ, PPAP process.
4.Coordinate supplier quality improvement etc. related issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Supplier on-site assessment to support new supplier sourcing / supplier quality improvement activity.
2.Lead to monitor supplier APQP process to ensure supplier PSW approval timeliness, flawless launch.
3.Provide and track supplier quality rating performance.
4.Coordinate supplier quality related case during the project launch period, supplier 8Ds tracking for completeness, problem resolution and timeliness.
5.Develop the China Cooper Standard Automotive Localization Strategy
6.Lead/ support VA/VE project.
7.Participate / support to get certification from 3rd party, 2nd party
8.Continuous Improvement Activity.
9.Training of SDE.
10.Other tasks assigned by CSA Asia Purchasing Manager.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1.At least College Degree, Master Degree if preferred and Mechanic Background is preferred.
2.Minimum 8 Years and over 5 Years in OEM or Tie 1 Auto Makers are preferred.
3.Free to Travel.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1.Good English Skill both Oral
