职位描述/要求：

Qualification Requirement:

-College degree or above, preferably major in trade or related area
-Fluent in verbal and written English.
-Minimum 2 years sourcing and purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Strong initiative to work and solve problems.
-Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
-Good commercial and personal ethic
-Potentials in leadership and team building.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

-Source qualified supplier
-Regular purchasing and ensure on time delivery
-Negotiate with the supplier to ensure goods delivery with best quality, delivery and cost
-Control performance of supplier in terms of price, quality and service
-Follow strictly to corporate purchasing policies and procedures
-Punctual report on critical purchasing status
-Assist in other assigned job related to purchasing function by Global Executive VP Manufacturing
