A, College education minimum
B, 3 years minimum working experience in manufacturing area with 1 years of supervision position.
C, Familiar with ISO 9001
Major Responsibility:
Direct report to operation manager
To manage and direct a team of Operators, Material Handlers to monitor the production activities of the department.
To plan, organize, direct production activities to ensure desired quantity, product quality at minimum cost by minimizing scrap rate and improving efficiency.
To maintain housekeeping, health and safety at overall workshop.
To participate in project teams with other departments (Engineering, Material, Technical) as directed by line management.
