-Provide leadership to one or more cross-functional new product project teams (Engineering, Marketing, Project Purchasing, Quality, and Manufacturing) to develop new power tools in a manner consistent with defined performance specifications (see below).

-Directly responsible for the overall success of one or more projects as measured by performance specifications, financial targets and scheduling commitments throughout the entire project based on the commitments of the functional organization to provide the agreed upon resources (manpower, budget, etc.)
-在公司提供相应人力资源和财务预算的基础上，直接负责一个或多个项目，实现产品从功能、预算、进度等方面的要求
-Lead and direct all activities of the project team(s) in order to achieve successful market introduction.

-Manage all assigned project team associates to ensure individual and team project-related targets are met.

-Proactively assess project risk.

-Prepare and present projects for Appropriation Requests, reviews, releases, and other program updates to management groups; works with management to resolve obstacles; recommend solutions.

-At least bachelors degree
-本科学位
-At least 3-5 years experience in mechanism developing project
-3-5年相关产品研发经验
-Strong communication and coordination skills
-较强的沟通及协调技巧
-Self-motivated and result-driven team leader, willing to take challenge
-愿意接受挑战，自我激励，结果导向
-Good English both in oral and written
-良好的英语听说读写能力
-Experienced with some of the manufacturing process such as die casting/plastic injection/stamping/machining
-了解相关生产工艺如压铸、注塑、冲压、机加工等
-Good PC knowledge, ProE is prefer.
-熟练的计算机及相关设计软件操作技巧，熟悉ProE者优先
