职位描述/要求：

工作内容/ACTIVITIES:

- 协调材料检查的纪录和监控（收货、加工、完工）。
- Coordinates the recording and monitoring of the material inspections (receiving, process, final).



- 参与内部审计计划（对系统、产品及流程的审计）。
- Participates in the internal audits program (to systems, products and process).


- 按照工厂程序及指令支持和维护质量系统。
- Supports and maintains the quality system as defined in the plant procedures and instructions.


- 在员工和主管会议上解释报告。
- Explains the reports in Staff and supervisor’s meetings.

- 验核及复查新产品和现有产品的质量标准。
- Verifies and follows-up on the quality standards of new and current products.


- 支持解决问题的流程并开发保证质量的预防性和纠正措施。
- Supports the problem-solving process and develops preventive and corrective measures
that insure quality.


- 在需要时向技术人员和/或审计人员提供支持和监管。
- Provides support and supervision to technicians and/or auditors as needed.


- 对顾客的质量问题投诉（包括行动和结果）采取跟进行动，拜访中国和美国的客户。
- Follows-up on client complaints regarding quality problems including actions and results, visiting clients in China and the United States.


- 在与客户、供应商打交道时，若有必要，在总公司一级代表工厂。
- Represents the plant, as corporate level, with clients, suppliers, as needed.

- 准备和向客户介绍产品。
- Prepares and presents product submission to clients


- 为 Summit Componentes和客户评价销售代表或供应商提供的产品。
- Evaluates product submissions from salesmen or suppliers for Summit Componentes
and clients.


- 评价新产品和生产产品颜色。
- Evaluates New Product and Production Product color.


- 参加继续改进的工作，实现降低成本的目标。
- Participates in continuous improvement activities and cost reduction goals.
- 能够赴美国出差，向客户或总部提供支持。
- Availability to travel to the United States to provide support to clients or headquarters.

- 支持、参与和开发AQP。
- AQP support, participation and development.


- 对报告的供应商违规情况及其改正行动跟进随访。
- Follows-up on non-compliances reported to our suppliers and their corrective actions.


- 对不同现有生产控制问题（生产控制、设置等）的跟进措施进行审计和监视。
- Audits and monitors the follow-up of the different existing Production controls
(P. Control, Set up, etc.).

-完成其他分配的职责。
-Performs other duties as assigned.
