职位描述 / General Description of the Position:

员工招聘与筛选,薪资福利、劳动关系,工厂安全,给员工提供政策咨询解答。
Recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, labor relations, plant security, and gen-eral management of all information related to employees.


责任与义务 / DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

在人力资源部经理的管理下, 负责使工厂 达到最大生产效率。维护一个平衡稳定的工作环境。根据环境政策,质量体系以及环境管理指示监督并且引导员工助理和保安的指定工作。
Under the management of the Human Resources Manager, responsible for optimizing plant personnel productivity levels. Maintain a balanced stable workplace environment. As well as supervise and lead tasks assigned to the personnel Assistant and to the Security Guards, with Environmental Policy, with the applicable Quality Systems and the Environmental Management Instructions.

遵守工作环境安全健康政策和可适用指示。
Comply with Workplace Safety and Health Policy and applicable instructions.

工作内容/ACTIVITIES:

负责根据时间表审核部门日志。
-Responsible of reviewing the Department logs according to schedule.

挑选并聘用车间人员。
-Selection and hiring of union employees.


为空缺职位挑选合适的应征者(办公室人员)。
-Selection of candidates for vacant positions (Salaried personnel).

确定候选人的面试时间以及要求的资历证明。
-Schedules candidate interviews and request references.

签订劳动合同(所有员工)。
-Handles labor relations (Union and Salaried Personnel).

审核员工纪律警告(所有员工)。
-Reviews disciplinary warnings with employees, union and salaried personnel.

配合并且监督保安工作。
-Coordinates and supervises Guards activities.

准备人力资源部的月度报告,月度办公室人员离职表。
-Prepares Human Resources monthly reports, monthly salaried personnel turn-over chart.

提供缺勤人员信息表。
-Provides information for absentee charts.

更新办公室人员工作时间记录。
-Updates salaried personnel work schedule records

根据员工与公司达成的协议给车间人员及保安提供统一的工作服。
-Provides uniforms for union personnel and Guards according to Collective Bargaining Agree-ment.

控制员工的试用期以及合同到期的时间。
-Controls expiration dates for employees’ contracts and trial periods.

计划并且配合工厂特别的活动(例如野餐,圣诞晚会,全勤奖,学术奖以及工龄奖)。
-Plans and coordinates plants’ special events (picnics, Christmas party, perfect attendance, scholarship posting and awards for seniority).

保持与光学仪器店的联系以确保员工享有购买眼镜的权益。
-Keeps contract with opticians shop for employees prescription glasses benefit.

参加AQP会议以及其他会议。
-Attends scheduled AQP meetings and others.

取消国外访问者的FMN-30准许。
-Cancellation of FMN-30 permits for foreign visitors.


在PROSYS人力资源系统中录入数据。
-Inputs data in the PROSYS Human Resources System.

在考勤系统中录入更新后的数据以更新员工工作日程。
-Inputs data in Clock System to maintain personnel schedule updated.

处理美国人的FM-3移民准许。
-Processes FM-3 Immigration permits for Americans.

每日维护组织架构图。
-Maintains organizational charts up-to-date.

每日维护分机号码清单,地址清单(累积更新清单以及网上清单)。
-Maintains extension numbers list, addresses up-to-date. (Domino’s and Internet)

每日更新生命及健康保险权益。
-Maintains life and health insurance benefit up-to-date.

监督人力资源项目。
-Supervise Human Resources program.

在需要的时候参与全体员工工资薪水研究。
-Participates in the union and salaried employee wages and salaries study as required.

积极参与持续改进计划以及降低成本进程。
-Participates actively in the continuous improvement process and cost reduction.

每日维护办公室人员档案。
-Maintains salaried employees’ files up-to-date.

协助人力资源部经理。
-Assists the Human Resources Director

管理部门常规文件。
-The Department general files.

协助跟踪已安排的项目评估。
-Assists in follow up on scheduled performance appraisals.

雇佣并且监督餐厅卖主。
-Hires and supervises the cafeteria vendor

协调员工交通服务。
-Coordinates transportation service for employees.


提交与管理审核议程相关的需求信息。
-Submit required information related to the Management Review Agenda.


负责确保工作职责,合同以及组织架构图相一致。
-Responsible of ensuring that the job description, contract and organizational chart are in agreement.

完成分配的其他责任及义务。
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

应具备的技术知识与能力/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

谈判技能。
-Negotiating skills.

良好的人际关系。
-Excellent people skills.

汪得力员工测试得分20分以上。
-Pass Wonderlic score of 20 or greater.

学历/EDUCATION:

大学学历。
-College degree.

工作经验/EXPERIENCE:

2年人力资源管理经验。
-2 years in Human Resources

CET-6,英语听说读写熟练
-Good oral and written English
