职位描述/要求：

Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for managing the factory in all aspects, including tooling, production, engineering, quality control, manpower, logistics, administration and general affairs from planning for production to shipment
2.Implement effective management control of raw material, fixed and variable overheads, and outsourcing operations to achieve company's productive objectives
3.Define and execute production strategies to achieve production targets
4.Ensure production quality meeting clients' requirements by effectively utilization of production resources
5.Work and report directly to the Managing Director

Requirements:
1. 4 years college degree in mechanical engineering, or casting engineering or related disciplines
2. Minimum 10 years mechanics and electronics product manufacturing experience, at least 8 years experience in similar capacity with factory size of over 100 in China. Casting experience will be absolute plus.
3. Hands-on experience in foundry casting, mechanical tooling, plastic injection, mechanical manufacturing process, volume product assembly,
4. Familiar with ERP, MS-office, UG or Pro-E, Auto Desk or equivalent
5. Capable to deal with all levels of people in different departments, board members and government bureau/officials,
6. Strategic thinking, strong problem solving, decision making capabilities and highly devoted
7. Fluent in English and Mandarin
8. Station in Nanjing, China. Willing to work overtime to improve company performance
