职位描述/要求：

1.Responsible for managing our new facility construction project from A to Z, direct, control and coordinate all related tasks from facility layout design building design to facility construction, quality supervision and facility commissioning.
全面负责公司新建项目的组织工作， 指导、调控、协调、督办、监察所有项目设计、建设、质量检查、验收等各方面的工作。

2.Assist to coordinate landlord and other government functional departments on project
协助资方协调政府职能部门、土地部门的工作关系，确保工程的顺利进行。

3.Carry out the project in accordance with principal designed by the board of meetings and project team and ensure accomplishment of all details in and on time.
负责掌握公司董事会和项目组的各项工程原则，确保按时完成各项细节任务。

4.Report to managing director and the board of company in China and off shores on project scheduling, project progress, construction cost budgeting, construction cost and project, performance evaluation, any key project issues on daily basis if necessary. Assist the board to make right decisions on project control.
定期向公司董事总经理和董事会报告工程计划、工程进度、工程预算、工程成本、施工质量、工程主要问题。协助做出正确的工程控制决定。

Requirements:
1.Great job ethics with higher social moral standard
有良好的职业和社会道德准绳

2.4 years college degree in architecture engineering, or civil engineering or related disciplines
4 年以上建筑工程专业或土建工程专业本科大学教育

3. Minimum 5 years industrial and/or civil construction experiences, architecture layout and building design experiences
最少5年以上工业和或民用建设工程经验以及工业厂房设计经验

4.Hands-on experiences in construction referred
最好具备现场经验

5.Familiar with Auto Desk, MS-Project, SSPS or related project management softwares
熟悉Auto Desk，MS-project, SSPS 或类似的工程项目管理软件。

6.People friendly and be able to deal with different kinds of people at all level over different departments, construction companies, design institute, supervisory company, survey firms, and government bureau/officials.
有亲和力、有能力处理公司、建设单位、设计院、勘察公司以及政府部门之间的关系。

7.Strategic thinking, strong problem solving, decision making capabilities and highly devoted
有宏观思维、解决问题能力强、决定力强。

8.Must fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with international team
必须有中文和英文交流能力。

9.Station in Nanjing, China. Willing to work overtime to ensure project performance
在南京工作，适应有时OT，确保工程质量。
