职位描述/要求：
Job description
1) Helping the team in conducting various analysis such as value chain analysis, customer/market analysis, SWOT analysis, etc.
2) Working with the industry analysis team in conducting data verifications and in-depth analysis
3) Assisting in special projects such as cost reduction or productivity improvement when required
4) Participating in annual business planning and long range planning process (LRP)
5) Coordinating with finance department to conduct historical performance analysis (KPI) and forecast
6) Working with the team in developing industry and company specific assumptions for the planning process
7) Conducting financial/economic analysis for project applications when required
8) Supporting other corporate long term growth initiatives
Requirements:
1) Bachelor required (in Business or Economics from a well-respected school preferred), MBA from a well-respected school is a plus
2) 2 - 4 years relevant working experience with a consulting firm or corporate development role
3) Experience with international or MNC companies required.
4) Good communication and interpersonal skills
5) Self-motivated and teamwork oriented
6) Native Chinese and fluent English
7) Knowledge of solar PV industry is preferred but not required
