Location: Changzhou and Shanghai, China
Job Description
This position is responsible for daily execution of the company’s key strategic growth with both local Chinese and international companies and will report directly to the Vice President of Business Development. The role will be based in Changzhou and Shanghai, China with frequent domestic and international travel. The role will include the following areas:
1) Strategic Supply Development
Research key polysilicon trends
Track all new international supply projects and updates from existing manufacturers
Present monthly analysis to management and CEO
Coordinate with procurement and operations team to analyze, structure and negotiate key strategic partnerships with best-in-class suppliers
Coordinate with technology department to strengthen the company’s overseas technology strategy and lead technology cooperation projects with other companies
Work directly with the VP of Business Development and CEO to negotiate long term supply agreements
2) Joint Ventures, Strategic Alliances and Merger and Acquisition Activity
Identify international JV/M
