职位描述/要求:
工作职责: 1. Procurement Assistance to directors and managers: processing of the contract, payment, follow up delivery, quality inspection, supplier relationship etc. 2. Regular back office work: operation, documentation, filing, planning/report, regional budget, reimbursement, receipts etc. 3. Admin work: conference attending and preparation, trip arrangement and scheduling, etc. 任职条件: 1. College degree and working experience for 2 years. 2. High language requirement for both Chinese and English. Other language preferred. 3. Familiar with administration work and tools including: word, email, outlook, excel, presentation etc. 4. Strong motivation to learn and improve. Willing to travel. 5. Strong communication skill and team spirit. Willing to support others. Careful and warmhearted. 6. Local Changzhou residence preferred but not necessary. Married preferred. 7. Person with sales or purchasing experience preferred. Solar experience preferred. 8. Open and position attitude.
