职位描述/要求:
主要工作职责:
1、Establish and implement quality management procedure and relevant documentations for customer
2、Develop, maintain and implement process flow / management plan
3、Coordinate with Sale department for product quality requirements
4、Evaluate and analyze issues reported leading to customer dissatisfaction. Initiate and/or recommend corrective action.
5、Lead cross-function team in driving product and process yield continuous improvement activities
6、Coordinate with technique department to provide customer with effective corrective and preventive actions on quality issues
7、Follow up and verify the corrective action.
8、Conduct training session on quality system improvement and quality tools |
