职位描述/要求：
主要工作职责：
1、System AVL verification and AVL maintenance
2、Chair internal periodical (Non conforming material) MRB meeting for suppliers quality problems containment and improvement.
3、Establish supplier quality performance history and report for supplier quality evaluation and improvements.
4、Establish the Incoming quality control procedure and work instruction
5、Lead and train a technician team to perform incoming inspection
任职条件：
Educational Background：Bachelor degree in science or engineering
Working Experience：A minimum of 3 years working experience in Incoming Quality control area.
Skills Required：Familiar with ISO9000:2000 standard, master IQA management
Computer Skills：Master office software
Foreign Languages：Good command in English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking
Personality：Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with external customers,with management and peers
