职位描述/要求：
主要工作内容及职责:
1. In charge of all in process quality. This includes silicon, ingot, wafer, cell, module factories.
2. Ensure Total Quality Management and compliance of quality policy turn the factories.
3. Assist the operation in continuing improvement process.
4. Control and improve quality performance.
5. Develop the local staffs.
6. Audit and control equipment, process and technology transfer from technical team to operation smoothly.
任职资格条件及技能要求:
1. Dedicate, hardworking, team player.
2. Prefer chemical engineering background.
3. Prefer PV or PCB industries experience.
4. Good at English and Chinese both in speaking and writing.
5. Strong leadership.
6. Knowledge in SPC, ISO9000, TS16949.
