职位描述/要求:
主要工作内容及职责: 1. Take charge of RMA handling process and RMA verification and tracking. 2. Coordinate with Sales department and Customer Support Engineer for RMA confirmation, disposition etc. 3. Coordinate cross function team for RMA reworking process. 4. Work out the RMA report. 5. Evaluate and analyze the data and drive the related functions for corrective action. 6.Maintain related document and keep related quality records according to ISO9001 requirements. 7. Meet the quality goal setting. 任职资格条件及技能要求: 1. Bachelor degree in science or engineering. 2. Minimum 2 years QE experience in manufacturing of multinational company. 3. Be accomplished in customer returns handling and problem solving methodology. 4. Understand ISO9001:2000 and internal auditor certificate is preferred. 5. Familiar with 8D, FMEA and SPC, six sigma is preferred. 6. Good command in English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking. 7. Good at team building and strong team driver for process improvement. 8. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 9. Good command of computer, such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
