Key Responsibilities
-Establish and implement overall quality management procedure and relevant documentations
-Develop, maintain and implement process flow / management plan
-Coordinate with Sale department for product quality requirements
-Lead cross-function team in driving product and process yield continuous improvement activities
-Coordinate with technique department to provide customer with effective corrective and preventive actions on quality issues
-Follow up and verify the corrective action.
-Conduct training session on quality system improvement and quality tools
