职位描述/要求：
关键工作职责：
管理制程质量技术员和检验员，负责产品质量过程监控，产品检验的工作
维护和改进公司ISO9001-2000质量管理体系
制定检验计划，检验标准；和技术/制造工程师一起分析缺陷原因，推荐改善措施
参与新项目质量标准的制定
对检验员所需相关产品和质量工具知识的培训
和销售/技术部门一起处理客户抱怨，完成8D报告
质量报告和数据统计
任职条件：
大学本科学历，3年以上制程质量控制经验
熟悉ISO9000 ISO14000.质量管理体系
良好的英文沟通能力
善于沟通和协调
Key Responsibilities
Manage the in-process quality technician and inspector for process audit /product inspection in the workshop
Maintain and improves company's quality management system of ISO9001-2000
Develop product quality inspection plans and standards; work with technique /manufacturing engineer to find out the root cause of the defective and recommend for corrective action for any quality deficiency
Take part in the establishment of quality standards for new projects
Conduct training on products knowledge and quality tools
