职位描述/要求：
主要工作内容及职责：
1、Processing of work packages in current research and development projects in conventional cell structures.
2、Main focus will be on back-contact Si solar cells with research into new technologies.
3、Close cooperation with internal technology functions as well as with external partners.
4、Identification and Observation of current research and development roads.
任职资格条件及技能：
1、Master degree in physics/material Science/Microelectronics
2、Should be having more than 5 years experience working in PV industry.
3、Familiar with semiconductor processing/fabrication and characterization
4、Experience in research and development
5、Good team worker.
6、Good command over written and spoken English.
