职位描述/要求：
Responsibility:
1)Responsible for Cell line day-to-day operations and support MFG to meet operation target
2)Support MFG ramping plan, equipment qualifications and capacity expension.
3)Initiate and involved in the continous improvement project, such as yield, output and cost improvement
4)Lead and train a group of Equipment engineers and technichians
5)Working with process engineers for line issues problem-sloving and equipment recovery
6)Review common issues and provide preventive solutions
7)Setup, monitor and maintain equipment uptime control chart syestm
8)Adhere and complete necessary documentation
9)Support certification of the MFG line leaders and operators
Requirment:
1)>4 years experience in Solar Cell line. or > 7 years in semiconductor wafer fab with diffusion wet bench or PECVD experience. At least 1 year in management role.
2)Good track record on production improvement projects (uptime ,yield, output, and cost)
3)Team work, looking at detais and results oriented
4)Good communications skills and people skills
5)Self-motivated and able to work under high pressure
6)Good written English and basic oral communications
7)Degree in Mechanicas
