职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities: 1.Develop sales plans to achieve penetration,conversion and upgrading in the target customers among designated area. 2.Develop key accounts strategies as an input to Franchise business planning to develop long-term positive customer relationships in accordance with the overall company strategy. 3.Participate in and provide in-depth insight to marketing strategy development. 4.Maintain ongoing key customer (KOL) relationship by regular visit and communication,and problem solving according to customer complaint. 5.Manage both samples and sales related expenses within the agreed forecast. 6.Implement sales calls,selling in surgery and in-service activities through sales team to ensure customer proper understanding and use of products. 7.Ensure the selling of Harmonic Generator via identifying the dealing cycle and closely follow up. 8.Provide guidance,direction and support to sales team in tendering of Harmonic Generator. 9.Execute Harmonic marketing strategy, provide guidance and monitor sales team implement the plan. 10.Organize Harmonic promotion activity and PE program in the designated region. 11.Be responsible for marketing intelligence collection in the designated region and assist in Harmonic marketing research activities. 12.Provide assistance to sales team on territory analysis,key opinion leader development,coaching and marketing analysis regarding Harmonic Generator and Disposable. Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree; medical degree preferred. 2.Minimum two-three years equipment sales experience in the medical relevant industry. 3.Competency 4.Integrity 5.Achievement drive
