职位：采购工程师Sourcing Engineer
职责要求
根据公司质量体系要求，寻找合适的供应商
先期对供应商资质进行评估
负责对供应商认可的审核
对供应商进行培训，使其了解公司采购政策及对供应商的要求
对供应产品样本进行质量检测及评估，保证采购质量
参与市场价格行情相关调查，及时反馈采购信息
参与和供应商谈判
督促供应商努力达标，择优签订合同
如出现产品质量问题负责协调并解决
在必要的情况下负责纠正工作进程中的错误
工作中出差占50%
任职条件
本科或以上学历，工科毕业，机械工程相关专业优先
至少三年以上相关工作经验
高度职业道德，为人正直诚信
熟悉重工业生产
对市场有很好的分析能力
精通绘图软件AutoCAD，会用Office软件
良好的沟通能力，有组织能力并且注重细节，有团队精神。
能够承受工作压力，适应快速高效的工作环境，能够在指定期限内完成工作任务。
对工作有高度的热情和责任心，坚持不懈，愿意为工作付出。
英语大学四级水平或以上，口语优秀者优先
熟悉产品质量相关规定（ISO或QS）者优先
Sourcing Engineer
Description
Identify potential suppliers
Pre-qualify potential suppliers
Perform supplier approval audits
Supplier education (work with potential suppliers to convey the Valmont Global Sourcing process and expectations)
Conduct product sample inspection to ensure product quality
Assist with the Request-For-Quotation (RFQ) process
Assist with supplier negotiations
Recommend suppliers for the award of a supply contract
Address product quality issues as they arise
Facilitate corrective action process (if necessary)
Approximately 50% travel
Experience/Skill
BS in an engineering discipline is a must. Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
High degree of work ethics and integrity is a must
Familiar with casting and metal fabrication for iron, steel, aluminum and zinc
Good analytical skill
