职位描述/要求：

We are seeking a Manager of Project Purchasing Section who are responsible for project purchase/purchase contracts/orders and reporting to Project Purchasing Senior Manager.


Main responsibility:
- To be responsible of project purchase/purchase contracts/orders
- Import machinery management
- Claim and scrap handling
- Development of new products/suppliers
- Cost/Budget
- Enhance usage and development of Movex
- Complete tasks from Senior manager


We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- 2-4 years proven experience in project purchasing
- Bachelor needed, technical background is preferable.
- Organized and target oriented
- Good interpersonal skills and team working type
- Strongly communication ability
- Good English skills verbal and writing
- Strong IT skills
