职位描述/要求：
Requirement:
1, Mechanical bachelor degree or equivalent
2, Minimum 3 years work experience in manufacturing site or mechanical design
3, Experience in developing facilities for assembly/production lines
4, Good knowledge for mechanical machines and measuring tools
5, Proficient in using AUTO-CAD, good computer knowledge to be familiar with new application software quickly
6, Good English skills in written or oral communication
7, Strong self-motive and teamwork style
Main Responsibility:
1, Analyse and optimize the current process flow with PFMEA
2, Design and produce the devices for assembly lines, organize and plan external procurement of devices
3, Work closely with engineering department to update the document/drawing based on new release versions
4, Planning and following up for daily operation situation of production lines, cycle time checking and report it to manager on time
5, Manage the maintenance team for ensuring the normal operation of workshop
6, Training the workers to improve their skill and knowledge, confirm and evaluate worker capability on their work positions
7, Request labor protection goods for workers and plan consumables requisition of assembly lines
8, Confirm QC feed back and take action to improve
9, Support manager to communicate with HQ and organize the new projects based on the different available resources.
