Job Description As Service Manager you will have a responsibility for a team of service colleagues. You will be required to run an efficient operation ensuring customer satisfaction through maximum utilization of workshop facilities and service tools. Principle Responsibilities: -To lead the Product Sales team (warranties, claims and field support) -To provide monthly reporting on product performances (field / customer claims) and to maintain the control of the budget. -Provide accurate and on time answers / feedback to the customers inquiries. -To keep relationships with the dealer (through training on products, maintenance, tools, etc) and to coordinate the After sales issues with the Spare Parts Business Units. -Manage warranty claim process, set up product quality analysis |
