Job Description
The position includes both pre-sale and post-sale roles.
Principle Responsibilities:
-To discuss with the customer, identify their application requirements, and specify the best system for their needs.
-To answer potential customers’ technical questions.
-As an expert in our product line, you will be called on periodically to answer questions from our field sales force and to travel into the field and support our Account Manager / Sales Engineer at large potential customers.
-To provide telephone and email support helping customers install, configure and utilize our products. This may range from simple documentation clarifications, to solving complex problems (involving Engineering and Product Planning People).
-to help the customer get his/her measurement application up and running (i.e. to check the application in the field)
Relationships:
Reporting relationship to Service Manager China (in dotted line to our Product Planning Director c/o CARRARO’s Headquarter).
