职位描述/要求：
工作职责：
1.日常检验工作
2.与美国总部就目前正在进行的项目的质量，进度，及其他产品相关事项进行沟通。
3.与供应商一起解决技术问题，以确保产品质量达到甚至超过客户的要求。
4.监控质量检验程序，及时提供解决问题的方法。
5.负责新产品的开发，计划和管理。
入职要求：
1.三年以上机械设计工作经验，能使用SOLIDWORKS， CAD等软件。能独立工作。
2.具有金属模具制作设计经验，有冲压，焊接，成型和其他相关的工作背景。
3.具有产品估价经验。
4.具有良好的与人沟通能力。
5.能进行简单的英文交流。
Responsibility
1.Daily QC on site.
2.Communicate with US Coast ongoing basis on product issues concerning quality, engineering and other production related issues.
3.Resolve technical issues with the suppliers to ensure the product quality is meeting or exceeding Coast requirements and consumer's expectations.
4.Monitor the quality inspection process and actively create solutions to problems.
5.Responsible for new project development, planning and management.
Requirements
1.Over three years work experience in mechanical design, can use Solidworks, CAD,etc. Work independently.
2.Experience in metal molds making and design,have a good background in stamping, welding, forming and detail oriented.
3.Experience in product quoting.
4.Good communications skills.
5.Simple English communication ability .
