职位描述/要求:
Qualification: - At least Bachelor degree, fluent in English - At least 3 years working experience of HR in a reputable multi-national company - Rich experience in staffing in a manufacturing environment - At least 2 years experience focused on staffing - Responsible, energetic, willing to take challenge - Strong communication and interpersonal skill - Focus, commitment and eager to learn
Responsibilities: - Support Staffing and Training Manager for the staffing activities in the HR department, support the Staffing and Training Manager to meet the staffing target. - Support the implementation against the annual staffing target and control the cost. - Support the development of staffing channel for different level of positions; - Communicate with managers to analyze the staffing needs and map out the staffing strategy. - Develop recruitment promotional materials, such as booklet, poster, DVD, etc. - Develop recruitment forms and standard questionnaires for different positions. - Assess candidates through structured interview. - Lead the campus recruitment activities.
