职位描述/要求：
Principal duties and responsibilities
Responsible for support to production
Responsible for plant efficiency and uptime reports: collects and reports plant raw material and utility consumption data
Prepares and is responsible for plant production cost reports
Responsible for plant process troubleshooting. Implements corrective actions
Generates and implements ideas for productivity improvements and cost savings.
Organizes plant trials for new products and qualification
Works in close cooperation with quality. Responsible for conducting investigation to quality problems following customer complaints
Reports to the Process Development manager at Huber Engineered Materials Qingdao. Can report to other functions as needed.
Stationed in Qingdao. Frequent traveling to Changzhou and Shanghai
Responsible for protecting all proprietary information and property against loss of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, confidential reports and memos, process and product knowledge, equipment and research methodology.
Must haves:
At least 3 years working experience in a chemical production environment or at least 5 years experience as a process engineer in an engineering company
Experience in project concept development up to basic design and cost estimate – proven track record
Experience in working for a non – Chinese company
All rounder, Self starter and self motivator – proven track record
Good interpersonal skills: ability to operate in a matrix organization and manage peers
Problem solver with hands on attitude
Good analytical and reporting skills - proven track record
Good command of the English language
Computer literate: exel – powerpoint – outlook – word
