职位描述/要求：
Principal duties and responsibilities
Responsible for Liaison management between Changzhou toll manufacturing operation and HEM silica: directs all problems and open issues to the appropriate functions and drives to a resolution
Directly responsible for implementation of the correct processes in the area’s of operation and quality control
Works in close cooperation with local Sales, Marketing, Technology, Supply chain and Finance
Directly responsible to deliver the feasibility study for the Low Capital Cost Silica production concept. Works in close cooperation with Technology. Assures that needed field work is carried out:
Product analysis
Production data collection
Trial runs
Reports directly to General Manager Huber Engineered Materials Qingdao
Stationed at the toll manufacturing operation in Changzhou. Frequent traveling to Shanghai and Qingdao.
Responsible for protecting all proprietary information and property against loss of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, confidential reports and memos, process and product knowledge, equipment and research methodology.
Qualification - Profile:
Must haves:
At least 10 years working experience
At least 3 years experience in a project management position in a chemical production environment
Experience in project concept development up to basic design and cost estimate – proven track record
At least 3 years experience in working with a Western Company at a level where manager was a foreigner
All rounder, Self starter and self motivator – proven track record
Good interpersonal skills: ability to operate in a matrix organization and manage peers
Problem solver with hands on attitude
Good analytical and reporting skills - proven track record
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Computer literate: exel – powerpoint – outlook – word
Nice to haves:
Local candidate
Experience in other disciplines such as sales, marketing, operations or supply chain
