职位描述/要求:
Customer Service Representative (工作地点:青岛)
Job Summary: -Office work to handle day-to-day call-offs for sales orders, shipping arrangements and invoicing, to perform highly effective customer service to our customers
Major Activities: -Establishes and entertains a relationship with the customer that improves customer loyalty. -Responds verbally or in writing to inquiries regarding product information, delivery, samples and related data. -Establishes, maintains and monitors accurate order related data in the customer master. -Supports the RAM in maintaining the customer master records. -Provides backup support to the RAM for contract maintenance. -Administers sales orders and handles all order related issues. -Reacts to credit holds and coordinates with CREDIT and RAM to resolve. -Coordinates purchases at 3rd party vendors or other Almatis locations, required to fulfill the sales order. -Follow up transport arrangement. -Maintains Shipping Instructions for each assigned customer/country. -Prepares shipping documentation in line with shipping instructions. -Issues invoices / invoice lists. -Prepares final shipping documents for exports (customs and banks). -Receives and coordinates the handling of customer complaints. -Initiates credit notes to customers (complaint related). -Reports changes in customers’ attitudes and buying patterns, competitive price and delivery information as appropriate. -In coordination with the RAM checks with the customer on potentially lost orders and solicits sales orders as appropriate. -Generates own correspondence to customers, plants and other interested Almatis locations relative to all the above duties. -Visits customers/third party representatives as appropriate in the assigned territory together with the RAM. -Think out of box -Always have “can do” attitude
Qualification:
-University Bachelor Degree in Foreign Trade or business administration or relative -Rich and professional customer service or business administration working experience -Import/export operation including L/C documentation is preferred -SAP experience is preferred -Good coordination and communication skills -Good spoken and written English -Good command in computer and MS Office -Well organized and strong logical thinking -Hard working and initiative -Good team player
