职位描述/要求：

Job Description:
-To Search suppliers according to business needed
-To negotiate pricing, terms and condition with selected suppliers
-To ensure qualification of suppliers according to assessment process together with quality department
-For the material and spare parts of equipment purchased, making sure that the supplier is able to supply in conformity with the contractual documents and within the contractual delivery time
-To ensure issuing of purchase orders according to business needed
-To ensure quality standards with suppliers from the initial assessment to project completion

Requirement
-Associate or university degree in Chemical Machinery or relevant
-3-5 working experience of purchasing field in industry over 1 year working experience in MNC company
-Good command of written and spoken English
-Good negotiation and cost conscious
-Honest and responsible
-Familiar with INCOTERMS 2000 and Quality control system
-Expert in AutoCAD is an added advantage
-Local is preferred

职责：

4、保证原材料和设备零部件供应商，能够根据合同要求和合同约定期限履行合同；
5、确保购买订单及时发出以满足业务需要；
6、确保从最初的评估到项目完成都有要满足质量标准。

要求：
1、化工机械或相关专业，专科以上学历；
2、3-5年工业企业采购工作经验，1年以上外资企业工作经验；
3、英语听说熟练；
4、良好的谈判技巧和成本意识。
5、正直有责任心。
6、熟知INCOTERMS 2000及质量管控体系；
7、最好能操作AutoCAD；
8、当地户口优先。
