Sales Manager Reports to General Manager – based in Shanghai Key responsibilities summarized:
Manage account managers and sales regional managers. Logistic and customer service. Internal sales order process/contract review Technical marketing support. Maintains closed relationships with HQ sales department and marketing. In charge to manage the organisation of the whole team, objectives, tasks and priorities; be responsible for their skills evaluation and development; improve the efficiency of the department by solving problem and making suggestions applying the quality principles of continuous improvement. Be responsible for team information and the awareness development of AGRATI mission, vision and values in his department; implement and follow the KPI, he verifies concretely, the level of customer satisfaction in relation with the quality manager. Be responsible for the implementation of quality action plan in the department; report customers’ needs to GM and other related departments. Define and implement department indicators in relation with the quality manager Be in charge to develop relationships with the customers’ target, visiting regularly each of their departments and decision makers; be able to evaluate their needs and inform the other departments involved. Make sure information relatives to customers must be filed and up dated continuously; after each visit or telephone call, a report is done and send to department involved. Participate to the budget set up, be in charge for sales objectives achievement and costs control of his department; implement Key indicators of the department activity. In charge to cooperate with the marketing department for market survey, including competition information and all information concerning the market. Make proposals for improving AGRATI image on the market, through documentation, exhibitions and communication strategy.
