? Drive the conversion of target business opportunities to materialize profitable WND business in line with strategy to meet the budget
? Design the business development plan in Northern and Eastern of China, and ensure the successful implementation
? Lead the WND development team in Northern and Eastern of China
? Ensure the successful transfer of projects from Sales to Operations
? Support KCM/CDM and ISM in the development of solutions for client
? Be the WND ambassador in Northern and Eastern China supporting training and representing the company's WND business.
? Build good relations with clients and suppliers including JV's to ensure competitive solutions can be provided
? Ensure accurate input to the reporting of the business
? Contribute to the development of the WND Strategy for Great China
? Develop best practice sales material, including presentations and cases studies, to be used for sales locally and overseas
? Handle the WND new business tenders and enquiries in Northern and Eastern China
Requirements:
? Good understanding of WND Operations
? Industry experience from leading 3rd party logistics provider in Greater China
? 5 years above logistics sales experiences
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Analytical skills
? Proved Analytical and contract negotiation skills
? Business Legal and Finance practices
? Presentable, good command of verbal and written English
? Good understanding of the PRC logistics market
