RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide legal counseling in support of the Company in China level. Work together with China Legal Affairs Director.

Main responsibilities include:

1. In charge of checking all contacts/document that to be singed by Company and make sure that all the wording and content is in accordance with laws and local policies.
2. Provision of legal counseling to the management of Company on various legal issues and make sure to protect the interest of Company.
3. Preparing for board documents for all Sodexho China entities.
4. Assistance in liaising with local government agencies in order to optimize preferential treatments provided by laws and local policies, implement daily coordination with insurers in China.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. University degree, major in law or related subjects.
2. A Minimum of 2 years commercial experience acquired from a multinational company or major law firm. Excellent new graduates are acceptable.
3. Exemplary oral and written skills in English and Mandarin, demonstrated to be expert in English implementation, both oral and written.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Desire and ability to learn and understand the core businesses of the company.
6. Ability to work independently, think commercially and make both practical and timely decisions.
7. Solid work ethic; desire and ability to take initiative and responsibility.
8. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects, and work effectively in fast-paced environment.

工作职责：

1. 负责公司法律文件及合同、协议的审核、拟制、修订工作，确保其措辞及内容符合相关法律及政策规定。
2. 为公司提供各类法律咨询并解决相关争议，确保公司利益得到保障。
3. 为中国区所有公司实体提供法律援助。
4. 协助法律总监协调当地政府关系，维护同保险公司的日常联络。

任职要求：

1. 国家一类院校法律专业学士及以上学位（含应届生），或在其他国家取得同等学历。
2. 熟悉公司法、劳动法、合同法等公司运营相关国家法律法规；
3. 跨国企业或法律事务所两年以上相关工作经验，或应届优秀毕业生。
4. 严谨的工作作风，良好的中英文口头表达及写作能力,良好的双语沟通能力。
5. 乐于学习企业核心业务，融入企业文化氛围。
6. 独立高效完成工作，商业性思维并做出及时实用的判断。
7. 工作主动热情，注重细节。
8. 良好的时间/任务管理能力，适应高效率的工作环境。
