- Be a member of new building up software development team, developing 2.5G/3G protocol monitoring and analysis software on test equipment.
- Work on both customization of existing products and new product development.
- Graduate from university with master/bachelor degree from Telecom, computer science, or EE.
- Has 6 years telecom software development experience, being familiar with mobile network protocols (2G/2.5G/3G). Experience of developing/using mobile protocol test equipment is desired.
- At least 4 years programming experience in C/C (MSVC/MFC) within Windows platform, good understanding of OOA/OOD methods.
- Good experience on software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, implement and software test, have the capability to work on software modules independently.
- Be able to work and solve problems independently.
- Good English capability (speaking, listening, and writing), prior experience coordination/working with international companies.
- Good team work spirit, easy to cooperate with customers and team members. Good communication skill.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally.
