职位描述/要求:
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Through and in depth knowledge of the entire management processes and systems, as well as a very good understanding of customers and markets, supports the business for a defined portfolio of customers. The CSR is responsible for all order management activities, including quotes, order entry, order management, inventory management and invoicing, with the goal to help generate orders and revenues, based on current policies, procedures and guidelines. The CSRs will work closely with Accounts Managers, Solution Units, Logistic Centers to communicate and deliver information. The CSRs will work with other departments, like Global Finance, Legal, in order to provide high quality services to customers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate quotes upon Accounts Managers' or customers' requests Enters valid orders to initiate product shipment Manages orders to ensure complete and on time delivery Manages inventory effectively Creates on time invoices upon delivery or completion of installation Provide credits to customers and manages product returns to Logistic Centers Contributes to continuous quality improvements and customer satisfaction
PRINCIPLE DUTIES
Produces timely quotations (new and modified configurations including follow up with Account Managers and Customers) Advises any errors and actions accordingly Work on credit and re-bill Provides Quote and Order data as and when required Works with up and down stream functions to solve issues related to Quotes and Orders Maintains up-to-date knowledge of promotions, discounts and other information related to the order and contract fulfillment process Ensures pricing, discount and other related information is correct on all transactions processed Obtains proper authorizations Participates in testing new processes for process improvement Takes ownership of customer's' issues and resolutions Proposes solution to recurring issues to improve results Establishes and maintains effective communication with production, supply chain and customers Ensures highest level of customer satisfaction (internal and external)
Bachelor Degree, with 2-3 years of experience in order management will be a plus Fluent spoken and written Korean and English Excellent knowledge of PC tools Integrity High flexibility Teamwork skills Customer satisfaction oriented Able to work under tremendous pressure Able to resolve problem and deliver commitment
