Purpose and Objectives:

SAP enjoys a leading position in China ERP market. SAP is looking for the Solution Architect to drive this important market.

Responsibilities:
The Solutions Architect develops and maintains standard product demonstrations and materials to close new business and increase revenue. They provide additional support to account executives and conduct demonstrations for customers, tradeshows and industry events. Solutions Architects must understand the customers’ business needs, identify available solutions, and translate those into presentation material that can be used to profile SAP’s solutions to prospective and current customers.

Major Responsibilities:

Identifies and defines the prospect's business requirements, needs, and objectives. Creates a product demonstration that exemplifies how SAP solutions can best meet the prospect's requirements.

Provides answer to inquiries concerning system software and applications and provides software development and consultation to prospective users.
Provides continuous correspondence with the business prospect to reinforce and sell the value of the SAP solution.

Provides further clarification to the prospect through follow-up phone calls, and additional demonstrations.

Communicates the business requirements to project/implementation team after the completion of sales to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stages, and the continuous customer satisfaction.

Assists the Account Executive with RFP/requirements documents.

Maintains one's own professional development and presentation skills; including continuous learning of new SAP products/technologies, and communicating experiences and solutions to fellow colleagues.

Expected Qualifications:

Strong project system experience. Familiar with SAP PS and other project management related.modules.

5 years solution experience and/or 3 SAP project implementation experience

Very good communication and presentation skill

Good verbal and written communications skills in English and Chinese.

Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure with tight schedules.

PMP will be prefered

Highly motivated and proactive

Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly

Enjoys and derives satisfaction from direct interfacing with customers?

Frequent travel is required
