To provide support and follow up service to the client in project launch period and production process.

Detailed description of responsibilities and main tasks:

Customer Assistance:
??????????? To support the company personnel in the visits to the customer.
??????????? If requested by the customer, to make a first contact with them and agree if the company personnel attendance is necessary.
?
Suppliers Follow-up:
??????????? To follow supplier new plant build up.
??????????? To follow supplier launch timing.
??????????? To report about above points.
?
Customer claims management:
??????????? 24 hours support if required
??????????? Initial analysis of the claim
??????????? Launch of first containment actions agreed with the customer and the company
??????????? Feedback to the company of reason of problem (part samples, photographs, …)
??????????? Control and negotiation with the customer of all the costs invoiced by the customer due to the containment actions

Preventive Actions management (8D reports):
??????????? preventive actions follow up
??????????? responsible of explaining the customer the containment technical actions
?
Scraps control:
??????????? Analysis of supplied parts scrap ratio at customer’s plant
?
Customer satisfaction assessment
??????????? To obtain and agree (if necessary) from the customer the company quality rates.
??????????? To make customer satisfaction interviews and to feedback.
??????????? To obtain (if possible) competitors quality rates.
?
First samples approvals follow up:
??????????? If requested, to follow up special batches of parts (first samples, pre-series, etc.) for getting customer approval.
?
Supplier Activities Follow-up:
??????????? Weekly visits to suppliers to assess scrap rates, downtimes, quality records, …
??????????? To support and follow suppliers’ 8D reports.

Others:
??????????? In possible: to obtain competitors information, customer news, etc.

C) Requirement
Education
??????????? University level degree in engineering
??????????? Perfect skills in both written and spoken English and mandarin
Experience
??????????? At least two years experience in customer support, supplier follow up
??????????? Effective presentation and verbal communications skills
