主要职责:
负责人员招聘、业绩评估系统的建立并维护、员工职业发展计划的制定和开展、领导力开发计划的实施以及员工士气度调查的开展等工作。
招聘要求:
1、本科学历,法学或心理学专业优先
2、至少二年以上员工招聘、发展和人事管理经验
3、良好的人际沟通能力、计划策划和评估能力
4、具备一定的影响力、说服力和领导力
5、能在压力下工作
Job Summary:
Responsible for establish and maintain employee recruitment system, performance evaluation system, employee career development plan, leadership development plan, employee morale survey.
Qualification and requirements:
1)bachelor degree. Major in hr management, law, is a plus.
2)at least two years experiences in recruitment, career development and hr management
3)Strong ability to communication, plan, assessment
4)Strong ability of leadership, influence, persuasion
5)Work under pressure
