l Maintain general ledger, including preparing journal entries, accounts analysis and reconciliation, closing books monthly

l Prepare monthly financial statements to include preparing monthly balance sheet, income statement and tax declaration reports.

l Cost accounting experience, direct sales industry is preferred.

l Oversee accounts receivables collection and reconciles with customer accounts.

l Initiate modifications/enhancements to computerized systems for accounting and management data

l Prepare tax required accounting statement and submit to local tax bureau and frequently travel to JiaDing（嘉定）or Waigaoqiao（外高桥）

Requirement:

l University degree, major Accounting

l At least five years accounting experience plus knowledge of computerized accounting system(金蝶财务系统)

l Ability to work with detail, good organizational skills

l Good command in English
