Responsibilities:
-Pre-sales service: help sales reps and prospect determine the right type of machines and material according to the specific application.
-Install, commission equipment and train the operators of the equipment.
-Service equipment in existing accounts.
-Increase sales volume in existing accounts.
-Collect account receivables from time to time.
-Handle customer complaints and build a positive relationship with customers.
-With the potential to work as a trainer to train other new engineers.
-Perform other tasks assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree majored in mechanical/electrical.
-At least 3 years of experience in servicing external customers.
-Work independently and in a team.
-Be energetic, self-motivated and creative in problem solving.
-Excellent communication skills and be customer-oriented.
-Good PC skill and good English in reading, comprehension and speaking.
-Willing to travel frequently and take challenges.
-AutoCAD knowledge is preferable
