(1) assist president to timely and accurate preparation of strategy plan and budget. 协助财务总裁及时准确地准备战略计划及预算
(2) to communicate and coordinate with american investors and related organizations. 与美国投资者及相关组织进行沟通和协调
(3) assist president to establish and monitoring the operation of financial management systems. 协助财务总裁建立并监管财务管理系统的运营
(4) financial analysis and report. 财务分析和报告
(5) review business trends, spot issues and recommend course of actions to improve the business. 检查业务趋势、重大事件并提出行动建议以对业务做出改进
(6) preparing monthly and quarterly reports & schedules. 准备月度及季度报告和计划

3. requirements 要求
(1) have the certification of accountant by america and china. 具有美国和中国注册会计师证书。
(2) more than 5 years working experience above financial manger position in america;在美国工作5年以上，在美国上市公司3年以上财务经理职位的工作经历。
(3) versed in gaap of america & china;精通美国及中国gaap
(4) to be familiar with the rules relating to the sox; 熟悉sox相关法规
(5) fluent english and chinese; 优秀的中英文交流及写作能力。
(6) working in shanghai and can often traveling on business to america. 在上海工作并能经常出差美国。
