职位描述/要求：

工作职责：
负责带领一个15人的项目团队安计划成功实施和交付项目；
负责制定项目实施计划并驱动计划执行；
负责管理客户对项目的期望值和满意度；
负责同客户讨论项目需求规格说明书和文档编制；
负责系统架构审阅并提出建设性建议；
负责协调各开发小组并跟踪项目组成员的进度。

技能要求：
（1）计算机本科或硕士学历；
（2）至少8年的从事软件开发经验；
（3）至少4年的项目管理经验；
（4）至少3年的J2EE设计和开发经验；
（5）必须具备CMM2或以上级的知识和项目实施；
（6）很强的沟通能力和团队协作精神；
（7）必须熟悉银行项目开发和实施经验，特别是多在线客户交易类系统的项目实施等；
（8）很好的中英文项目文档和技术文档制作编写能力；
（9）较好的Oracle或DB2数据库及Weblogic或WebSphere应用服务器经验；
（10）有UML、Hibernate、XML、JSP、Servlet、Socket和Multi-Thread等第一手经验；
（11）有适应动态任务分配的思想准备。
