Description
Do you want to work with a team of talented developers and test engineers on integrating BI solutions in various ERP deployments? Do you like to turn idea into reality?
We are looking for a developer who like to face challenging problems and has a strong sense of creative thinking. You will be working with a team of talented engineers on various platforms, various ERP products and program in various languages.

Responsibilities
1.Design, prototype, implement, integrate, document and maintain our BI integrate solutions for various ERP (SAP, PeopleSoft, JDEdward, Siebel and Oracle).
2.Take ownership from various perspectives (functionality, performance, development process).
3.Help drive feature direction from proof-of-concept to productizing new features.
4.Ability to help continuously improving development team knowledge and process.
5.Support test engineers on troubleshooting and fixing feature defects.

Required Skills
3 or more years of software development experience
A degree in computer science, computer technology or related field
Working experience on large commercial software products
Working experience on few of the following:
-UNIX / Linux software development (programming to troubleshooting)
-Windows software development (C ,COM,ATL,.NET)
-Java (JavaBeans, JNI, JSF, JSP)
-XML and related technologies(XSLT,schema)
-Web programming (Web Services, CSS, JavaScript)
Good knowledge about databases technology
Ability to initiate communications with other departments and drive resolution
Ability to schedule and work concurrently on multiple tasks under tight time constraints
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with multiple teams and sites in English

Desired Skills
Knowledge on performance benchmark and memory utilization
Knowledge on cross-platform, multithreaded, distributed design and development
Good knowledge about ERP technology (SAP, PeopleSoft, JDEdward, Siebel and Oracle)
